FreeMASTER communication method question (S32K144W)

Please check if FreeMASTER communication is possible with JTAG (Multilink) instead of UART.
1) Can I connect with the settings below?
  I haven't created a board yet, so I can't confirm it.
2) There is no JTAG setting macro in the software, what should I do?
