There's no difference against between FX32K1 and FS32K1.

FXS32K... are just special ordering part numbers for incremental supply. Please contact local sales for help.

The System Device Identification Register (SDID) value in the FX part may be different than the SDID value of the FS part.

How SDID different between FS and FX considering they are of same on the other part of part number, e.g.FS32K146UAT0VLHT and FX32K146UAT0VLHT.
