Error running 'Debug' with PE-Micro

When I try to run 'Debug' on s32ds with PE-Micro, it shows error as :

what is the cause of this error?

Unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce your issue.

Which debugger do you use? How do you have a connected board and PC?
