Enter password to access debug

I am using NXP S32K116LAT0MLFT MCU.
As ARM Device, Trying to make it accessible using passwords when accessing debug. (reprogramming)
Renesas MCU has Target Security Settings for using Password.
But, ARM Device doesn't have Target security Settings menu.

Can you help me?

Additionally, Is it possible to do it like entering a password using a backdoor key?
