Enabling/disabling lockstep during runtime on S32K344

Hello,

I've been working with S32K344 and trying to enable both cores to work out of lockstep (Lockstep is enabled by default).
I've already done it through DCF records. I programmed a dcf record, checked the DCMROF19[LOCKSTEP_EN] register and lockstep really was disabled.

Now, I was just wondering is there any other way to do this, besides dcf records, possibly something that could be done during runtime?

Hi Antonio,

no, that's the only way. It's not possible to change this in run time. And it's definitely not expected use case.

Regards,

Lukas
