ECC question

Hi, 

I init a part of RAM in bootlaoder , and then init the rest of RAM in APP. But it cause hardfault.

 I have a question about ECC on S32K. What's diffrence beteeen "Init  RAM ECC" and "RAM Assignment". 

Please help, why it cause hardfault ?

Are you using a S32K1 or S32K3?

Also, what are you referring to "RAM Assignment"?
