EB Client License Administrator issue

EB Client License Administrator will freeze as below if I click the Activate Return or Upgrade, even reinstall the sw can't resolve it.

I tried 1.3.0, but it is the same

@yubo_guo We have enabled access to eb 1.4.0 client administrator. Could you try with that?

Which EB version are you using? Can you find EB license Administrator with higher version in your SW licensing and account?
