My customer encountered the EB Client License Administrator V1.4.3 lunch failure issue, double click the.exe file, we seen the App started in the task manager, but it be killed shortly. so i can't open the License tool.

We haven't seen that behavior before. You can suggest your customer to ask Elektrobit to get better supports.
