Downloading AutoSAR software for the first time, cannot select the previous version.

When downloading AutoSAR 4.3, after selecting "AUTOSAR 4.3 MCAL (QM) for S32K118 and S32K14x - Crypto Driver included", click on "Download", then click on the "Automotive SW - AUTOSAR MCAL / QM" that pops up.

However, it was found that only the "current" option could be selected; the "previous" option was grayed out and could not be clicked.

When reporting this to the customer service before, it was thought to be a problem with the browser. So, I tried several browsers, but it still didn't work. Finally, the customer service said that maybe it was because this was my first download and I had not downloaded the older version before, so I didn't have the permission for "previous", and I needed to post on the forum and wait for the flexnet group to add the "previous" permission for me.

I would like to obtain the download permission for the SW32K14-MCAL421-RTMC-1.0.1 version.

I hope the kind Flexnet operation can see this soon and help me handle it. Thank you!

Hmm, whole this seems very strange to me and does not make any sense.

If you have access to this package in flexera (NXP SW account) then you will simply be able to see it and download it.

The reason is simple, you do not have access at your NXP account.

I have just tried to download it with no issues: (Firefox used)

Do you see the SW32K14-MCAL421-RTMC-1.0.1 version if you do the product search?

If not, you will need access rights to this version.

In such case give me your account email and I will try to get access for you form flexera admin.
