Could sector will be divided into blocks?

Hello  

    I  see datasheet S32K-RM, find that the program flash memory and data flash memory just have divided into sectors. Because I use the MCU S2K116(P-Flash 128KB, D-Flash 32KB). the size of sector for the  P-Flash and D-Flash are 2KB.

    Are there any smaller units under the sector? for example blocks? If I want to operate the D-Flash, The smallest unit of operation is a sector?

Hello @asd046012,

Do you try to manage the memory in smaller sections in run time? In this case, there's a command called Program Phrase that allows to program 8 bytes. For more information, check section 36.5.9.2 Flash commands in the RM.
