Cotactor feedack using ADC with SW triggering

hi, I am currently working on contactor feedback through ADC with software triggering but i the ADC is being either in IDLE or BUSY state, Also i am not sure about the complete configuration changes in the adc and related peripherals , due to some configurations i am getting hard fault. although i have added CDD_m3hhb_adc_exernal_access.h/.c file in the build as well as well as the adc related driver files,  if any body has any reference or example code do, help
