Hi @wutengyouxi555

It seems like you have a locked chip and are unable to reflash it. To unlock the chip, you can follow these steps:

  1. First, you need to perform a mass erase to unlock the chip. This can be done using a debugger or a programmer that supports your specific chip.
  2. Connect the debugger/programmer to your chip and open the software associated with the debugger/programmer.
  3. Find the option to perform a mass erase in the software. This might be located under a menu like 'Debug' or 'Erase'.
  4. Perform the mass erase. This will erase all the contents of the chip, including the flash memory and any security settings.
  5. After the mass erase is completed, you should be able to reflash the chip without any issues.

Please note that performing a mass erase will delete all the data on the chip, so make sure to backup any important data before proceeding.

Best Regards,

I've tried unlocking with Jlink command but failed。

here is Console log:

Then I tried pulling the pin low using the command, also failed。

Console log:

I measured the MCU_NRST pin voltage, result is 0.8V.(The board is energized).

Does that mean the MCU is damaged?

Hi @wutengyouxi555

Please try to read the MDM_AP status and control registers, to verify the MCU status (Unbricking S32K146).

also failed.

So the chip is already damaged?

Hi @wutengyouxi555

Unfortunately, there is a high probability that this is the case.

If you did not disable your reset pin maybe something can still be done.

For that, I would like to know if MCU_NRST is your RESET_b pin. If yes, the voltage you mention is very low so the MCU can no longer be recovered.
