Question for SAR-ADC
For me, the ADC_SELF_TEST is bit unclear. Can someone please give more light to this topic apart from what is written in the RM. Like, what is the time interval required for this test. Current recommendation to check the correct ADC operation is intrusive to the application. What other ways can be applied/implemented to assure the criticality of ADC operation.
Furthermore, Can the AMUX signal from FS26 be used to check the ADC? What is the most stable signal inside the µC for checking the ADC? If not, is there any good stable signal from FS26?
