    You check to see if the location of the fault is PRAM, which is a hard fault if there is an access error

I think that more details will be needed. Enabled CSEc does not affect memory writes.

What kind of memory writes do you mean? To program flash, data flash, Emulated EEPROM, RAM? If you check the core registers, what's the root cause of hard fault?
