All S32K344 Examples result in Hardfault

Hello there People,

I just updated my RTD Driverpackage to the newes downloadable Version "S32K3_RTD_4_0_0_P24_D2405_ASR_REL_4_4_REV_0000_20240515" and there I noticed something strage. Every Example I open, generate and compile result in a Hardfault on my evaluation board.

I also reinstalled the whole S32 Design Studio 3.5 and tested older RTD Versions like P16 and P14.
Same result everywhere.
I use the PEmicro Probe to debug and as soon as I upload Debug_FLASH or Debug_RAM I get the following error:

BusFault: An imprecise (asynchronous) data access error has occurred.
HardFault: A fault has been escalated to a hard fault.

The board I am using is the MR-CANHUBK344.

Have you tested other development boards?
I don't know what examples you have run on this MR-CANHUBK344 board.
