AUTOSAR Tresos Studio licence

Hello 

My AUTOSAR Tresos Studio 24.0.1 licence has expired, So I try to add a new code to activate Tresos Studio. But EB Client License Administrator 1.5.1 shows the following result. I donot know how to solve. Acutually I haven't used it at all, why is the quantity allowed（0）.

ERROR: flxActAppActivationSend (50040,41147,10248)
The quantity specified exceeds maximum quantity allowed (0).
Connection to FlexNet Operations Server failed.

Not everyone has a licence.All the people use the same lincence, F514-772D-E370-4901 right? And the lincence count is limited,now to many people use it ,So its used up.And the lincence will be updated after at least one week,i got this information from other's reply.
