I'm working with sja1110 and S32 DS, I try to configure a Qbv , and I see that I can introduce a input file with all configuration, my question is: what format shall have this file, is there any example to based on ?

intel hex file is supported
SDK demo examples include generated config files in Board folder, you can refer to it.
