Would you be able to check if the "MT53D1024M32D4DT-046 AUT:D" is compatible with the S32G2?

I am having some issues using the DDR Tool, and I wasn't sure if the issues could be related to the DDR chip selection.

Hello Henry_Mei,

The 17 ROW addressing LPDDR4 has been veried on S32G3 EVB. the DRAM partnumber is MT53E1G32D2FW-046 AUT:A

LPDDR4 DRAM configurations supported in S32G3, But please note that the maximum density supported in S32G3 is 4GB only. S32G3 memory map does not allow to go beyond 4GB DRAM space.

So, if customer has LPDDR4 DRAM of 16Gb density per channel per die (with ROW17 support), then single rank dual channel dual die can configure in S32G3 ddr controller because the total density will be 32Gb/4GB for two channels.

Similarly, if customer has LPDDR4 DRAM of 8Gb density per channel per die, then dual rank dual channel DRAM can be configured with S32G3 to make 32Gb/4GB as total density (this configuration of DRAM does not require ROW17 support).

I understood, the part number is ok for S32G3, but the application focuses on S32G2.

Is Micron part  compatible for S32G2?  It is verified on S32G2?
