SRAM ECC solution

Hi Team,

working on S32G3 board. enabled SRAM0 ECC error for monitoring SRAM0.

and then i see the SRAM UE (uncorrectable error) is being reported. through FCCU i have enabled the FAULT ID (2) - SRAM UE.

so, my question is there way to handle this kind of error. apart from just configuration reaction (alarm, NMI, reset)? also have eMCEM module of SAF integrated with it. 

another question will Power on reset really clears the UE error from SRAM?

Sorry for the late reply.  The only reaction options are ones you mentioned, as detailed in section 2.4 Recovery Mechanisms of eMcem User manual:

Regarding your second question, checking the S32G3 fault map and Reference manual, the M7_0 SRAM ECC uncorrectable error should be cleared by performing a Power On Reset, however, if the error is a symptom of an silicon problem, for instance after a problem with the power supplies, the error will appear constantly.
