SAF-Scheck Ahb Test - s32g3

Hi Team,

im trying to perform Ahb test in sCheck. but the test exits with error.

while debugging i found that while clearing faults. basicaly it checks for error that is report while fualt injection. but the fault is not reported. 

so this memory w.r.t to cm7Ahbp memory has this issue. other top 4 memory does report error. 

does it require separate configuration. and the test address mentioned above is like registers address?

if someone could drop some hint it would be helpfull.

Refer to the UM of S32G_SAF_SCHECK_UM.pdf, test accesses the TCM memory using backdoor access for read and write accesses.  sCheck AHB CM7 tests access memory addresses outside the memory sections defined in the Table 62 of S32G_SAF_SCHECK_UM.pdf. See table below to determine address ranges used for AHB CM7 testing.

Thanks for the info!

i have mapped the section of TCM memory through linker. but still, there's the same issue.

i think the AHB test doesn't only perform AHB test but also AXI test. so, address range are proper for AHB bus. as mentioned in the First screenshot earlier.

is it like should be enabled or something. im not sure. if you could provide more information, it would be helpful.
