S32G2 doesn't work and RST ERROR

I use S32G2 and its PMIC (VR5510) ,Refer to the S32G-VNP-RDB2 scheme.

The voltages are correct.

But the S32G2 does not work

The system image is in the TF card, and LPDDR is not installed yet

What could be the problem?

Thanks for your reply.

1. You are willing to booting the board via SD, is it right? if yes, also measure the clock of SD

2. From the wave you captured, seems there is abnormal pull-down signal on RESET_B.

3. If confirmed no issues from HW, use the debugger to attach to the board for further analysis.

Yes, the S32Debug probe could be used for the S32G2 via JTAG interface

I have bought the debugger. Using it， can run MCU programs on the M7 core, but the A5 core still cannot run the system. Do I need any additional configuration or programming?

So the schematic of your custom board is similar to RDB2, but without LPDDR4 installed? The DDR interface pins are left unconnected on board?

What kind of the image on the TF card? how they are generated?
