S32G CPU – Delay in package

Hi

I am looking for a CSV file that includes "Propagation Delay" and "pin/package Length" for all S32G pins.
A screenshot of such a file from NXP for the i.MX 8 processor is attached.

Datasheet isn't have a table with package delay.
