Hi,

For what you are sharing, it seems that you are lacking the RTD v3.0.2 plugins for TRESOS. Did you put the necessary RTD plugins inside the "plugins" folder for TRESOS?

If so, you need to restart TRESOS in order for it to take into account the new packages. We also recommend deleting and importing again the project, to prevent any misconfigurations from the previous session.

Please, let us know.

Hi,

I have done all the mentioned steps.

Copying the plugins to EB Tresos Plug-in folder is also done and deleted and imported the project several times but still it doesn't work.

Could you please suggest any other way of doing this?

Please let me know if any other Manual is there for EB Tresos configuration other than AN13423.

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback.

The specific errors you are showing are, as said before, relates to not having the correct RTD version plugins inside the plugins folder of Tresos. Once you paste the RTD v3.0.2 HF01 plugins into the plugins folder of tresos, you need to restart Tresos, since it will not detect the new plugins on the run.

We had problems with having multiple RTD versions on the plugins folder, for which we needed to add only the needed RTD plugins for Tresos to detect them. Could be one possible cause on your setup.

As for an alternative to Tresos, S32 Design Studio 3.4 also provides the CAN2CAN example, with both LLCE v1.0.4 and RTD v3.0.2 HF01 installed on the IDE. Could be an alternative, if you are stuck with Tresos detecting the plugins. If you are planning to go on this route, the RTD needs to be already installed on the IDE prior to the LLCE package, you cannot install both packages at the same time, since it is a dependency requirement on the LLCE package.

Please, let us know.

Hi Daniel,

Thanks for the support.

Issue is resolved now.

Not only the RTD version that you have mentioned is changed but also the updated PFE and LLCE versions are also used.

Below are the versions used to fix the issue.

LLCE : 1.0.5

PFE : 1.0.0

RTD : 4.0.0

Tresos : 28.2

Thanks for the help!

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. We apologize for not looking further into the different packages, we got stuck with RTD but did not look into the others.

Good to know you got it working, though.

Please, let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
