At the same time, under arm rusted firmware/build/s32g274ardb2/release, only these are available:
bl2  bl2_w_dtb.bin  bl2_w_dtb_size bl31.bin  bl31sram.bin dtb_size fip.cfgout libc libwrapper romlib
bl2.bin bl2_w_dtb.s32 bl31 bl31sram boot_info.c  fdts  lib  libfdt load_address

There is no fig.s32 file available

Thanks for your post.

From the log, seems you are working with BSP44?

For building this version, you may have to firstly downloading the corresponding ddr firmware from you NXP account, if not available, I suggest using BSP43 for your another trial.
