Hw not booting up

Hi,

 Can you please let me know if quality checks are done on the NXP boards that are Shippped.

 My company acquired a S32g-VNP-RDB3 a month ago.I just started with the sd card in the box and it is giving me error

What am i supposed to do now,

Thanks for your reply.

Firstly, may I know which version BSP images you had created for testing? I suggest using the newer version to have a try.

Secondly, may I know if you have the S32DS installed? I suggest referencing the following link to try the DDR tools and generate related logs, we will check it later.

Finally, would you please share the board version? it could be usually found on the board.

Hi @chenyin_h ,

I have tried with the Sd card image that came with the board and also created an image and tried it I am getting the same error. I did not make any changes to the board.

Sorry to hear that you met such issues.

May I know if you were testing the board with default SD card from the board without any modifications?

May I know if it is possible for you to test the board with the latest pre-built BSP images?
