How to verify the sdard storage offset for fip image programming ?

Hi,  I compiled fip images and know how to programming flash address now, but about sdcard addresses (offset), I am still holding questions,

1.  How to know the offset value is 512, according to doc guide below,

2.  How did flash fip image (fip.bin) relate to fip.s32 image when cold-booting ?
