Flexray could not transmit pdu

I use two flexray node to connect together, they can both transfer to POC active.

but when I try to transmit pdu from one node, the flag bit MBIF can never be set and status always return busy. The other node can also not get MBIF set.

What might be the proble is?

In order to provide you with better help, please provide more information.
Which version of the LLCE driver are you using? Does your question use any routines?
Do you use custom boards? If not, is it an RDB or EVB board?
