Cannot activate S32DS

I used my activation code to activate S32DS 3.5 on one computer, but I change another one. When I tried to activate S32DS, it reports such messsage:

How can I solve it?

Hi @taye, you need to uninstall S32DS from the first computer and retry at the second one.

I'm afraid it doesn't work. The first computer has reinstalled the OS, but I still cannot active s32ds at the new one.

Try to reinstall the S32 DS at the old computer to verify if the license is still linked with it, after that, uninstall the program in this same computer, and retry to use the new one.
