Hello,
I am building BSP 44 and in the document i see that we need to add ddr firmwares path manually.
Where can we find these firmwares? In which folder?

Thank you.
Regards.

Hello, @Abhiram_m_s

Thanks for your reply.

As indicated below in the UM:

1. I suggest checking the path again for the availability of the FW

2. If confirmed, try bitbake cleanall and rebuild the image by bitbake fsl-image-auto for another trial.

Hello,
I am getting the same error when i try to bitbake cleanall.
The behavious is very incosistent.
When i tried to erase everything and build from scratch, it did work once.

My package got deleted due to some OS issues, when i try to rebuild again, i am getting the same issue which i am not able to resolve.

Please let me know how to resolve this.

Thank you.

Hello, @Abhiram_m_s

I feel sorry that you still meet the issues.

It is odd from your description

I suggest creating a new directory, then reinstalling the BSP there with a separate directory created for holding the firmware

Then modify the conf/local.conf as what had done previously, and finally build the BSP by using bitbake fsl-image-auto.

If still issues, feel free sharing logs with me.

Hello, @Abhiram_m_s

Thanks for your post.

These binaries could be found from your NXP account:

  1. Access the software from your account:

  1. Find the following "Automotive SW - S32G - Linux BSP (Cortex-A53)" and click on it
  2. Find correct version you need, like BSP44 for S32G3, the following would be seen:

  1. Download the tgz file marked and the corresponding DDR firmware files(firware ddr_fw_ecc_on.bin and ddr_fw_ecc_off.bin ) could be found from it.

I hope it will help.
