S32DS for Power Architecture Version 2017.R1 won't let me install SDK EAR 0.8.0.

I'm trying to port my project from S32DS_Power_v1.2 to S32DS_Power_v2017.R1 but the later won't let me install the SDK I need. 

The error I get is:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software being installed: S32 Design Studio MPC5748G EAR SDK 1.0.0.201706151315 (com.freescale.s32ds.cross.sdk.MPC5748G_0.8.0.feature.group 1.0.0.201706151315)

Any thoughts on that?

Hi Pietro. 

no good news - the SDK v0.8.0 is not compatible with S32DS Power v2017.R1. The only way how to move project from SDK v0.8.0 to v0.8.2 is manually create new Processor Expert settings in current SDK version.

Hi Pietro, 

the current EAR SDK for power is v0.8.2. The v0.8.0 version is not available for S32DS Power v2017.R1. I'll ask SDK team if project based on SDK v0.8.0 can be easily ported to SDK v0.8.2. But I'm afraid, that the way will be move your existing source code and create new Processor Expert configuration and generate new PE code for your project. I'll let you know.
