ProcessorExpert.PE contains absolute path to FreeRtos

Hi, 

I tried find some solution for your issue but no success. The .pe file is rewritten each time when project is build and the ABS path is always placed back. I'll move your issue into SDK community space, hope someone from SDK team will have solution.
