GPU user space binaries

HI,

I followed the User Manual on downloading and extraction the GPU driver and sample application. Unfortunately the files that are called out in the documentation are not in the archive link provided:

The archive file contains folders:
• Vivante_userspace_libraries_and_demos
• Vivante_VTK: Vivante Tool Kit

May you please direct me on where to find these files?
