from the figures you posted above I cannot determine, if you have installed all S32DS updates, but this error appeared when the newest pemicro debug interface had not been installed.

Please install the newest update 9 and let me know, if this resolved your problem.

I am surprised to see exactly same issue happened 3 years ago. I installed S32DS PA V2.1 + SDK RTM 3.0.3, updated all component according to its checklist to the newest versions. but when I tried several examples from SDK 3.0.3,  all examples failed on debugging,  same errors of "ONCE status register..........". does anyone have a clue on this ? how to fix the problem? I guess it is about the complier or ASM code some where wrong. it seems a pointer of instructions always goes wrong place.
