Hi, we need help to understand why the CPU utilization in the application processor (A53) is higher than expected when using the encoder as part of the graph. Based on our observations and analysis using the QNX Momentics IDE, there are thread events yielding a higher utilization than expected on the A53. From what we can tell, opening the encoder driver (H.264 driver) spawns these threads. We need help to see how we can reduce this CPU utilization.
I would like to setup a call with someone familiar with these details.
