s32ds arm Activation failed

After I reinstalled S32DS, I encountered the error message "Your software Activation Code is for another feature" when using the activation code 60CA-0D4F-9A08-3EEB.
Could you please help me check this issue? The attached file is my installation log

After I clicked the Cancel button, the error message appeared: "software activation code is already used on this station for 3 Activated 2.2"

Hi, 

I checked your account and it looks that you was able activate S32DS on Thursday, is that correct?

Yes, the activation issue has been resolved.
However, when I open S32DS and create a new project for the S32K144, an error pop-up window saying "Unsupported or unrecognized format" appears when I expand the project folder. The pop-up cannot be closed normally.
Despite this issue, the project seems to compile normally. Could you please help me understand what causes this error?

can you please share the project? It is possible that the project is affected by some encryption from OS.
