s32ds 3.5 for windows system. NXP software activation

Hi NXP team, I have already installed S32DS 3.5 for Windows... Due to  space issue in my C drive... I uninstalled it and installed it in D drive.

Now I am unable to activate the license... 

Please help.

the number of available licenses has been increased. Please activate your S32DS v3.5 again.
