That is my first time using s32 ds when I debug it always have this problem. i don't understand what's the mean.
it always run to 61% initializing debugging services and stop.

This looks like a connection issue between P&E probe and the device.
Please make sure the jtag header is correctly oriented.

I'd also recommend you to start with RAM based project - build RAM_Debug build configuration
Are you able to connect to the device?
