S32DSV3.5 License missing

My S32DS has a "lincense missing" issue after the system update, using the activation code to reactivate to generate a "request.xml" but it fails, and my activation code time has not expired. Activation Code:22C1-E0B4-655E-3475

Hi, 

looks that FlexNET license service is not running or was disabled by OS. You can try to install another instance  of S32DS into different folder - it should add licensing service.
