S32DS Licence Problem

Hello,

I am not able to reinstall S32DS due to a licence problem. (Fullfillment ID 197733417)

I cannot return the licence or remove it from my account. I do not have S32DS currently installed.

Also, what is the correct procedure so that this does not happen again?

Hi @greyes 

I think you are confused, the licenses shown are not for S32 Design Studio for the S32 platform, they are S32K3 software licenses. I cannot determine which one it is, but if you press the "Details" button it will send you to a page that provides all the details of the license.

You can find the S32DS activation code directly on the IDE page: S32 Design Studio 3.5 > S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform v.3.5 > License Keys tab.
