S32DS ARM taking long time to open

Hello, I am using S32DS ARM IDE and whenever I open the IDE it will take too much time, hanging operation in progress (it will take up to 15min)

I reinstall the IDE but I still have same problem

I found the issue it was super easy, just uncheck the box saying "always show at startup"
