When clicking the link for downloading version 3.5, it just redirects back to my profile. Is the server down? Do I need additional software running on my machine to satisfy download credentials, such as FlexLM? Do I need additional credentials added to my profile? Is the link broken?
Page containing link (first match):
https://www.nxp.com/search?keyword=S32DS.3.5&start=0
Link redirecting to my profile page:
https://www.nxp.com/webapp/swlicensing/sso/downloadSoftware.sp?catid=S32DS-3-5

I just checked the link again. I am now able to download the software package. This resolves my issue. Thank you for tracking this down.
It is still broken. It still redirects me back to my profile. What is the actual target page for this download? Can I try that, instead of the obfuscated link on the search page? Again, I am trying to download the latest version of S32 Design Studio, version 3.5.
I attached an image of the package I am attempting to download. It is odd that there is no context for the hyperlink within the html like all of the others. I attached an image of that syntax as well.
Hi John,
are you sure that you are logged in into your NXP account? The correct link is https://www.nxp.com/webapp/swlicensing/sso/downloadSoftware.sp?catid=S32DS-3-5
which is the very same link which you shared.
Yes, I am absolutely sure I am signed in. That link first redirects to this:
That link for flexnetoperations fails, and I am returned back to my profile.
I am attaching a screenshot of my chrome browser showing me signed in to my NXP account in another tab. The red box indicates my account is recognized before the link is followed.
Hi John,
I checked your account and it looks that the account is present, but doesn't contain any members. I'm going to ping licensing team to fix the account. Sorry for inconvenience.
Thank you. I will check back later today.
Hi John,
based on info from Licensing team was your account fixed.
I just checked the link again. I am now able to download the software package. This resolves my issue. Thank you for tracking this down.
Hi John,
I checked both links and they are working normally. Are you logged in to NXP account? Is there some error message/code?
