S32DS 2.2 ProcessorExpert.pe is disabled

I found a very strange thing in the customer, I click the generate code, but it tells me that ProcessorExpert.pe is disabled, and my pins, peripherals, clock can not be configured, inside is gray

It also shows that the Selected processor does not support the SDK，The picture is attached.

do you have installed one of S32K1xx SDK (v3.0.0 or v3.0.3)?

Of course, my version is SDK3.0.0, and I open routines in RTD as normal.

This fault project was copied from my colleague and found that the bottom layer could not be changed.
