S32 studio 2018.R1 License missing after installing S32 studio 3.5

(1) After installing S32 Design Studio 3.5, S32 Design Studio 2018 R1 license is missing in the same one PC.

(2) After activating S32 Design Studio 2018 R1 license, S32 Design Studio 3.5 license is missing in the same one PC.

(3) Try to activating S32 Design Studio 3.5 license, I got the following error.

What should I do?
