S32 design studio activation code error

I am trying to install S32 design studio on my New PC but the original activation code doesn't work any more ( was a one shot). Further there was no NEWLY generated activation code when I download the S32 DS a second time. I have tried  returning the license key but was not allowed. Any help would be appreciated.

what S32DS version are you trying to activate?

The version is S32DS.3.5_b220726_win32.x86_64 that I am working with and after reaching out to you and others in the community I was able to get the issue resolved. Thank you for your reply.
