Please can you check if anything firewall setting which was blocking the server request for the license activation.
And please can you also provide workspace log, Design studio Installation log.
You can find workspace log at
C:\Users\Public\[workspace name]\.metadata
You can find S32DS installation log at:
C:\NXP\S32DS.3.5\[_S32 Design Studio for S32 Platform 3.4_installation- something like this] \Logs
