S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture Version 2.1(Install All Uninstaller Components)

Iam Trying to install S32 Design Studio for Power Architecture Version 2.1 on virtual machine.

Iam getting Error. I tried run as administrator, delete temp variable, run in win 7 compatibility mode none of them worked for me. please help me to solve the issue. 

(Install All Uninstaller Components)
Status: ERROR
Additional Notes: ERROR - Error writing Launch Anywhere components (Access Denied)

By deleting the 'C/windows/Programdata/Flexdata ' folder
