I checked your account. I see you currently have an active license which expires in the year 2025.
Probably your issue is different. Could you share a picture of the exact error message you are receiving?
It is possible there is some issue with the trusted storage, please try the following and then try to open S32DS again:
delete C:\ProgramData\FLEXNet.
For Linux installations:
/usr/local/share/macrovision/storage
