S32 Debug Probe JTAG20 doesnt work

     I have bought a S32 Debug Probe ,but I can't conenect to the s32G evb boad. When I borrow a new JTAG20 board like this .I can connect to the S32G board.

   So it must be a damge board: id 700-27318 REV A.How to repaire it?Can you provide the schematic diagram? Or send one of these adapters separately,thank you!

Thank you,The run/pause  light does't light,The pin30 and pin29 doesn't connect any pin.

I try to connect pin30 an pin 29 to boad VCC,it always light,but can't connect to board.

So I want to find the 20pin to 30pin conennt
