S32 CAN question

there is description is S32RM "If the FlexCAN state is "Error Passive", and either TXERRCNT or RXERRCNT
decrements to a value less than or equal to 127 while the other already satisfies this
condition, the FLTCONF field in the Error and Status Register is updated to reflect
"Error Active" state."i dont understand the "other already satisfies this condition",what is other already?

This statement is indicating that the Error and Status Register will be updated once TXERRCNT AND RXERRCNT both become equal to or less than 127. The "other already" refers to the first of these two counters to meet the stated condition. The update only occurs once the 2nd of the two counters achieves the condition. This could occur in any order.
