Purchase S32 Design studio license?

Hi, 

I actually we are planning to buy MPC5777C evalution board and daughter cards, so wanted to use S32 Design Studio IDE but my organization IT team needs confirmation weather is it complete open source software or is there option to purchase.

I can confirm S32 Design Studio for Power (S32 Design Studio IDE|NXP ) is free-of-charge product based on open

source GCC/Eclipse environment.

All you have to do is to Activate the product (online or offline method). 

You can also check a release announcement for more installation related details (https://community.nxp.com/docs/DOC-335338 )

The only exception are 3-rd party plug-ins (premium S32DS components) by IAR, Lauterbach, GHS... these require to have a  3-rd party license.
